A Zoom call will then be scheduled to evaluate the possibility of working together.

If the answer is yes, the session deposit will be made via bank transfer or PayPal (for other payment methods, please inquire).

From the session booking, the vision of the session will be developed over a maximum of 3 weeks, including wardrobe, locations, and all details.

One week before the session, everything will be finalized. If not, due to the client’s lack of collaboration, Vivian will determine whether the session should be canceled for this reason.

Under no circumstances can the session be postponed, except due to weather conditions, health reasons, or a significant event, and the payment will not be refundable.

Travel is possible. If you wish to have a session anywhere else in the world, the costs of flights, accommodation, transportation, and meals will be covered by the client during the session days and beforehand if it is a long trip.

After the Zoom video call with Vivian, during which you will share the intention of your session, the creative process begins, finalizing all the details of this experience over a maximum of 4 weeks.

You will receive an album with your photos within a maximum of 1 month after the session. From this album, you will select the most meaningful images for your moment, with the option to add extras if desired.

Photos and videos are edited subtly and naturally. Color correction, black & white, and texture are applied carefully, as Vivian preserves the essence of the moment. The photo is delivered almost exactly as it comes from the camera—the magic happens in the instant, with nothing added or altered.

If you need the photos sooner than one month, an additional fee will apply.

The use of the photographs or videos will be exclusive to the client, for both their website and social media. No printed media is included (please consult in advance for this).

The material will not be re-edited—meaning no color changes or “esthetic” retouching—to preserve the brand’s identity.

Under no circumstances will the photographs or videos be published by the photographer without prior notice to the client. The photos may be used by the photographer on her own social media and website only with prior authorization and approval from the client.

You have 10 days to select your photos. If you need more time, you have the option to keep all the images by adding an extra fee. You can see the prices in the following section, EXTRA PACKS.

If your photo selection is not submitted within 10 days, an additional fee of €300 will be charged to receive your photos. After 2 months from the session, the photos will be deleted.

It is important to respect the timelines for both delivery and selection.

If you would like more photos than those included in your session, you can add these extra photo packs after the session has taken place:

Extra 20 photos pack: €200

Extra 30 photos pack: €270

All photos selected by Vivian delivered in your album: €300

Once the payment is made, you will receive your extra photos.

If you wish to receive all the material in RAW format, meaning unedited, the cost depends on the session:

RADIANCE session: €500

JOY session: €1000
