The power of seeing yourself is incredibly revealing.

A breath, listening to the original beat of your heart, giving yourself space to contemplate yourself from the outside, as an observer...

And when I say from the outside, I don't mean criticizing your body, your expressions, your clothes, etc.

I want to show you that there is another gaze that observes, and that gaze opens you to possibilities that await you.
