six weeks of guidance, support and dedicated accompaniment before your session
3 locations: 2 outdoor and 1 indoor
duration: 1.5 hours at each location, on separate days
9 looks (three for each location)
200 edited images with a natural finish, including colour grading, light adjustments and black & white versions
pictures will be delivered within one month after your experience
option to purchase the full gallery

once your place is reserved, we'll spend the following six weeks preparing your experience together, shaping your vision, choosing locations, styling your looks, and refining every detail.
everything will be finalised one week before your session.
the experience can only be rescheduled in exceptional circumstances, such as severe weather, health-related reasons, or other significant unforeseen events.
as JOY requires extensive preparation and planning, all payments are non-refundable.
you can reserve your JOY experience by bank transfer or paypal.

if you'd like to experience JOY anywhere else in the world, i'd be delighted to travel to you.
for sessions outside the Canary Islands, travel expenses—including flights, accommodation, local transportation and meals—are covered by the client for the duration of the experience, and, for long-distance destinations, any necessary travel days beforehand.

you'll receive your online gallery within one month of your experience in person.
from your gallery, you'll select the images that resonate most with this moment in your life, with the option to purchase additional images or the complete gallery if you wish.
all photographs and video clips are edited with a subtle, natural touch, including colour grading, black & white versions and gentle refinements.
Vivian believes in preserving the authenticity of every image—the magic happens in the moment itself, so each photograph remains beautifully true to what was captured through the camera.
if you require your gallery sooner than one month, an express delivery option is available for an additional fee.

the photographs and video are intended for your personal use, including your website and social media channels.
if you wish to use them in printed publications, please get in touch beforehand to discuss the appropriate licensing.
to preserve the integrity and artistic vision of JOY, the images and videos may not be re-edited, altered or retouched, including colour changes or aesthetic modifications.
your privacy is deeply respected.
your photographs and videos will never be shared or published by Vivian without your prior knowledge and permission.
any images used on Vivian's website or social media will always be shared only with your approval.

you'll have 10 days to select your images from the moment your gallery is delivered.
if you'd prefer more time, you also have the option to purchase the complete gallery.

if your image selection isn't submitted within 10 days, an additional fee of €300 will apply before your final gallery can be delivered.
please note that all images are permanently deleted two months after your session.
respecting these timelines helps ensure a smooth experience and allows me to continue offering the highest level of care to every client.
